I'm Zoë (like Zoey, not Zo)
Founder, Creative, Foodie
While earning my Bachelor's in Business, I worked at Sephora and became fascinated by how brands set themselves apart. That curiosity led me to study marketing, gaining hands-on experience in social media, copywriting, and content creation.

After graduating, I took a role in recruiting but couldn’t shake my passion for digital marketing. In 2020, I launched a small candle business—both as a creative outlet and a way to sharpen my marketing skills. That venture reignited my love for branding and strategy, leading me to leave recruiting in early 2021. I worked freelance, collaborating on projects for wineries, breweries, restaurants, and luxury brands before deciding to launch Rose & Salt Social in 2022.

From photography and creative direction to social media content and website build-outs, I ensure every project meets my clients’ unique needs. My goal is to bring brands to life with strategy, storytelling, and visuals that truly connect with their audience.
On a personal note...
When I’m not working on creative projects, you’ll find me gardening, or tackling DIY home design. with my partner and senior chihuahua. We also love to explore- I've traveled to 10 countries and 14 states, always drawn to tropical beaches or cities rich in art and history. ​

Proud Doberman mom of one & human mom of three, I love adventure and have traveled 20 countries and spent six incredible years living in Costa Rica. When I’m not planning my next trip, you’ll find me hiking and soaking up the wild parts of the Pacific Northwest —always with my family by my side.

Hello, my name is Kalli and I am a new addition to the Rose & Salt fam! I live Denver, Colorado with my partner and specialize in hospitality and dance capture.
I have been immersed in the restaurant space industry for over 13 years now. I have a degree in graphic design and photography and love to apply my passion for art with my love for craft cocktails and culinary experiences. In my free time I love to travel, garden, mountain bike, participate in sports and dance, and photograph my sassy husky, Manuka!

With nearly 20 years of experience crafting impactful brand touchpoints, I bring a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every project. Holding a BFA in Visual Design and Letterform from UMass Dartmouth, my journey began at a small but mighty marketing agency, where I evolved from graphic designer to art director before becoming an independent design director in 2012. Whether designing logos and identities, marketing collateral, packaging, or websites, I ensure every element has purpose, leaving no stone unturned. Outside the studio, you’ll find me at the beach, on the ski slopes, on the golf course, or spending time with my husband, daughter, and son.
